Saturday, May 28, 2022 - Bordeaux style Cabernet (not a CA bomb); cherry, black currant, menthol, earth; young and tannic with minerality on the finish. Decanted one hour, but still fairly closed down, opened up much more as it hit second hour in the decanter. Spencer and I liked this, Susan less impressed.
