Wednesday, June 1, 2022 - Recommended by Bill Nanson of Burgundy Report. This is such a lovely drinkable wine. Don’t think it has a long life left but drinking well now; Pinot purity. Quite a cheesy nose; also notes of Tabasco (identified by someone else). Wonderful relaxed faintly fruity palate. You don’t see much love for Roty but this gives measured (for what it is) pleasure. I would be more than happy to know that I had 20 cases of this (or the equivalent) drinking over the next 20 years. Giving it 92 to signify the pleasure given.
