Monday, June 6, 2022 - Purple in color and clear in the glass; Aromas of blackberry, pomegranate, cherry, roasted meat, dried eucalyptus/floral, and violets on the nose; taste sof blackberry, eucalyptus/dried flowers, and pepper on the palate; medium(+) body, medium acidity, medium(+) grippy tannins; long, peppery and dried floral finish. Beautiful wine!
