Sunday, June 13, 2021 - SLDS Single Bottle Dinner: Tobacco, cherry, raspberry, ash and smoke. Powerful, dense, but always in control - there is alcohol there but the fruit wraps around it and neither dominates, wonderful length. I don't know how Quintarelli always finds this balance but it's magic.
