Saturday, June 18, 2022 - PnP at Broken Top Club, paired well with quail (me) and scallops (Edith). Quite floral upon opening, maybe too much so but in 30 minutes the boldest part of that disappears and leaves a well balanced, well made Sonoma Pinot. Light on its feet, elegant, typical cherry cola and bright red fruits. Luscious mouthfeel, medium finish. Drinking well, not likely to benefit from further aging so drink up.
