Monday, June 20, 2022 - Delicious. Very old world in style yet still very representative of the Walla Walla terrior. Medium bodied, beautiful nose. Still a few tannins to shed, but not intrusive. Really opened up after a 30 minute decant. Dry, with blackberry, plum, violets, and mineral on the palate. Nice structure and length. Unique. Drink now or continue to hold.
