Saturday, July 23, 2022 - Black fruit, blackberry and blackcurrant. Very savoury smell, meaty and cedary, menthol. Something indistinct herbal: bay perhaps. Medium bodied, tannins well resolved. High acid, clean mouthfeel, no oiliness. Excellent. Fully ready.
