Sunday, July 24, 2022 - Opened and let it breathe in the bottle 30mins before dinner and had it throughout a two hour dinner.

Immediate thing you notice is how much intensity and strength is still there. The nose has ripe red fruit and cherries and on palate it is smoothened with age with fine concentrated tannins. The sweetness rounding up the finish would make you think there is significant amount of merlot in this.

This probably can store for at least another five years but drinking really nicely already.

55% Cab Sauv, 40% Merlot and 5% Cab Franc
