Wednesday, July 27, 2022 - This took a very long time to open and be even drinkable, though when it arrived it was gorgeous. The first 4 hours it had an uncomfortable "bitter" on the backend. From the moment the cork popped the nose was beautiful. The palette didn't approach for hours. When it did, though, it stole the show. Inky, unctuous, and fruit forward.
