Sunday, August 21, 2022 - Still a strong violet color still has a decent amount of tannins so I probably could sit a little longer. This was a Wine Enthusiast wine of the year, number 65 it showed nicely with some beef dish (Waugh) It was very much enjoyed by an audience of friends and I’m sorry this is my only bottle
