Thursday, September 27, 2018 - Really lovely. Soft black cherry, licorice, earthiness, garrigue and, ahem, barnyard, with a hint of sweetness on the finish to offset the savory elements. Surprisingly deft at this age, silky smooth, concentrated and yet weightless. Very long on the finish. This has aged very well.
