91 Points

Saturday, December 17, 2011 - Visits to Cristom, St. Innocent, Johan, Argyle, Dobbes, Chehalem: Not very forthcoming on the aromas; very tight and well structured, even if the balance is still noted. Very nice texture on the palate, with an explosion of red fruits on the palate. Quite nice. Pleasing and balanced on the finish. The tannins are very sweet but it is mostly about the structure and generic red fruits. Nice, but this needs 5-10 years.
