Wednesday, May 22, 2019 - Pushed up cork. Some sticky leakage, capsule stuck.

Golden amber color. Nose dense floral honey, some fruitcake/apricot, hint of petrol at first, some waxy notes. Palate juicy, dried apricot, good acidity, opens up a lot with time. Deep. Some botrytis notes, tastes like a light/juicy Sauternes. Still vibrant, could see it going for years yet.
