Thursday, August 5, 2021 - Fruit nose as the cork opens. Very balanced. Almost jam doughnut but without that same sweetness. Dark fruits and density. Big mouth feel. Really enjoying this. We’ll update once the air hits it a little more - feels like 2 hours decant not quite enough.
