Thursday, December 22, 2011 - Dark ruby core, with thin ruby rim. Shy nose of black cherry and olive. Dry, with balanced acidity and astringent tannins. Full-bodied, still quite primary and monolithic (black cherry predominantly), with plenty of tannins. Good potential and structure, but needs more time.
