Sunday, December 13, 2015 - Very pale straw color with a fine perlage of abundant and tiny bubbles with yeasty, green apple, white peach, butter, and low-key citrus aromas. It's light-bodied, balanced and elegant with a delicate mousse. It shows mouth-filling apple, green melon, mixed citrus flavors, with a hint of under ripe white peach flavors that intensify on the palate with a long finish.
