Saturday, March 26, 2011 - YUMMY. Simply one of the best Spanish wines (IMHO). Dark eggplant color that sticks to the glass. Enjoyed after about an hour in the decantor and opened over another 30 minutes in the glass. Will benefit from a few more years in the cellar.
