Monday, November 6, 2017 - Pop and pour. Obviously a full bodied Chris Ringland from Jumilla with plenty of extract. I was surprised how well this aged given its mass. Still somewhat structured with alcohol completely buried behind a soft palate of back/blue fruits, vanilla, baking spices, and plenty of oak. Has a few years left but won’t improve from here.
