Thursday, March 29, 2018 - I’d recommend decanting this for an hour. Initially it’s very sloppy and sweet (think communion). After an hour structure starts to emerge along with notes of espresso and glycerin. Still huge wine dominated by sticky/syrupy blue/purple fruit, vanilla extract, chassis, and a very Spanish stewed herbaceousness. I’d drink these now.
