Sunday, April 12, 2020 - I think I held this one too long. The cork was fragile, even using an Ah-so. I double decanted the bottle and let it breathe. Initially it had a slightly funky aroma and was a bit off on the taste. With time the situation improved slightly. However, even on the second day it never fully came around. It was okay to drink but not great. I finally poured out the last bit. Too bad.
