Saturday, June 1, 2019 - Still bright and fresh as a daisy with some sulfur that blows off quickly. Limestone, lemon curd, asian pear, and florals in this beautifully lifted nose. On the palate, it's bright and refreshing with a gossamer frame that carries intensity with a sense of delicacy. More limestone chalkiness, citrus and orchard fruit, marzipan, and deftly balanced wood. Its acid has mellowed some since my last bottle. Terrific balance, effortlessly beautiful.
