Monday, December 25, 2017 - A little tight on opening but after decanting for 3 hours it opened up with a lush fruit aroma. Super soft tannin with berry, a hint of cedar and leather, definitely at it's peak a fantastic wine with a nice long finish. Had with prime rib - a great pairing.
