Saturday, February 29, 2020 - Nice, but still a bit tight. Or rather drying at least. On opening it smelled of blood and was unpleasant, but it only took a few minutes to open up. A lot of stony minerals, but the dominant flavors were olives and bacon fat. Interestingly the olives receding when drinking it along with tapenade crusted lamb chops. Very nice, but still seems quite young.

Did not decant and it threw some sediment at the very end.
