Saturday, November 8, 2014 - Popped and poured, and drank over the next four hours. Inky purple in color. Have had this a couple of times and always like it. Dark fruit of plum and raisin on the nose and palate, with good balance and full body. Tanins have mostly resolved themselves with little sourness or acidity. The finish is big and gets me in the nose. Drinking well now, but the big tanins make this one a winner well into the future, depending on how fruity you like your syrah. Wish I could get my hands on a few more. Great value for the price.
