Sunday, June 19, 2022 - PnD for 3 hrs.. Deep maroon in color. Ripe cherries in the nose with secondary notes of spice, orange peel, and vanilla. Rich and dense flavors of ripe cherries and berries on the palate but not cloying. Fully resolved tannins and a nice long finish. Very nice. Be sure to serve at about 55F as 65F made it quite fat and heavy.

Enjoyed in a Riedel Vinum Chianti Classico glass at 55F.
