Saturday, June 16, 2012 - Yellow colour. Open nose showing apple, mineral and grapefruit flavours. On the palate it is well balanced, with a smooth, elegant and buttery texture. Grapefruit peel. Elegant and really good, just somewhat lacking in tension. I preferred the 2007.
