Friday, November 12, 2021 - Beautiful nose of sour cherry, underbrush, spring flowers, balsamic, and saddle leather.

On the palate, it shows tremendous depth and exuberant youthfulness. Layers of red fruit are balanced by fine tannin and complimented by mineral, tobacco, and leather.

The finish lingers long and clean, no astringent drying that can be often found in aged Sangiovese. Great bottle that could have gone longer and it got better and better through dinner. Just entering prime drinking window, drink now - 2026.
