Sunday, March 13, 2022 - Garnet to russet coloured with a distinctive clay rim. Wonderful nose of delicate red and white petals that are spring fresh. Followed by lots of light red fruit such as raspberries and ripe red grapes. The red fruit continues the delicate pattern on the palate bringing a silky mouthfeel. The wine is now 16 years old and shows lots of old world flavours too like dark choc and farm notes. At perfect equilibrium of constituents. Drink now!
