Sunday, May 15, 2016 - The second vintage of this wine I've tried, and very happy with it. For $20 this is the best value in pinot I think I've ever come across. At 8 years old this is moving towards being mostly secondary, but you can tell there was some beautiful fruit here. It's still there, but the earthy, mushroom, truffle, and mineral qualities dominate in an extremely elegant, Burgundian way.
