Friday, April 2, 2021 - Needed to stand for a while but after that it was very good. After another hour or so, a sweetness emerged that was pleasant but a bit odd. Think it peaked one to two years ago.

10/29/2023 12:45:00 PM - I don't exactly remember this, now 2.5 years later. But I remember having a few wines that came from a batch that had been stored above a stove and these sometimes felt like they were aging prematurely. So most likely this note is from one of these wines.
