C: Red-brown
P: Just beautiful–elegance, interest, length, balance, depth and lightness all at once. No tannins, heat or acidity. Impeccably made. Gorgeous.
12/25/20:
Smooth, with medium weight and great length. Very finely balanced. A very slight lemony note on the nose. Palate has a nice note of earth and smoke. Overall, elegant, sophisticated and very interesting. Just what one wants from a Burg.
3/7/21:
Last one. With rack of lamb. Sigh.
