Thursday, February 11, 2010 - Took to the Siduri/Novy tasting with Adam Lee. Was quite the hit with the group and Spivey took the remnants home with him. Very tropical fruit nose of honeyed pineapple and mango. Palate was very rich and buttery, almost like a Cali Chard, but without any noticable oak. Plenty of fruit left and could probably last another couple of years no problem.
