Sunday, March 17, 2024 - Heater week; 3/8/2024-3/17/2024 (Chicago, IL): Large-scaled, massive wine with plenty of intensity. Fully black fruit, and leathery, rustic tannins. This really is everything you would expect this wine to be. This should have enough fruit on the palate to survive extended aging, to allow the structure to resolve and intense tannins to soften. I'm bullish on the long-term potential of this.
