Monday, February 18, 2019 - Pale lemon color. On the nose, there's green apple, pear, lemon, subtle toast and a beautiful nutty quality that reminds me of a parmesan rind. The palate features much of the same with a touch more brioche. Long and complex finish. There's a nice tension here between the high acidity and some of the nutty flavors -- very much enjoyed this wine.
