Saturday, January 22, 2011 - Not great. Closed and a little sour on opening. Maintained a sour, vegetal undertone when sipped alone. Got a whole lot better when paired with the tomato sausage ravioli we had for dinner. All of a sudden, there was fruit and pepper. Definitely a food wine.
