Wednesday, October 13, 2021 - Completely reduced down to its essential core. I was amazed at the concentration of flavors and the unexpected roasted coffee notes with hazelnut, cedar, leather, wild strawberry, dried lavender, and a large quantity of Provencal spices. Such a fun wine to drink, and from one of the best vintages of the last century. Drink it now or within the next two years.
