Tuesday, July 19, 2022 - Always nice drinking older wines. From a magnum. Drank at Owami. Everyone enjoyed this Champagne. Toasted hazelnuts, green apple, and saline/oyster on the palate with chalk and citrus. Very tasty, with a nice finish. Easy 94, but I would recommend drinking up within the next few years, if you want effervescence and fruit!
