Sunday, November 10, 2013 - Super nice! White flowers, maybe a little honey, and I don't even know what else except it was more complexly and compellingly fragrant than expected. Very lovely. Perfect with chicken head-to-toe horse doovers and soups (pumpkin and also foie gras consomme) at Harlem's Mountain Bird, and would be brilliant with fish or seafood with butter or rich sauces. Wish I had a few more.
