Sunday, January 10, 2010 - Brought in by Vineyard Brands, the official US importer. Still pale. Pristine bottle. Crisp, saline, lemon/lime aromatics with chalkiness expanding over time. Tremendous focus and presence for its light to medium weight. A great relief and a great bottle following a corked Lafon Perrieres. Pretty much at the pinnacle of Premier Cru Chablis.
