Monday, May 6, 2013 - Medium yellow-very healthy looking for age. Some definite Chablis sea shells, but so much lime and green flowers that you could think you were drinking Sancerre. Middle weight with a good combination of acidic tartness and some extra richness. Excellent, long stony finish. Whereas I thought that several recent bottles were fully mature, this one was the liveliest I've tasted in several years-go figure. This is my last bottle of a wine I've drunk over on over a dozen occasions; goodbye, old friend.
