Sunday, February 19, 2006 - Decanted 5 hrs and served with braised short ribs. Tight as a drum, but obviously well balanced and made of the stuffing to go the distance. I'd love to re-visit this wine again in about 10 years, as I suspect tonights score has five points of upside.
