Saturday, July 24, 2021 - 4th Saturday Group (R&D's): Blind. Currant, chocolate, sandalwood, leather and tobacco notes. Medium-bodied, with flavors of red and black fruit and chocolate. Develops blue fruit and mocha qualities as well. Nice, mature cab sauv. This had been double decanted two hours before the flight was poured. Drink in the near term.
