Saturday, February 12, 2011 - Dark red in color. At first, this wine was a bit tight on the nose and thin on the palate. On the second glass, however, the wine really opened up with a nice bouquet and ripe, bold flavors of black cherry and currant with a slightly tannic follow through. Worth grabbing a bottle at this price.
