Saturday, September 29, 2007 - Gold in color, again with a good amount of sediment in neck. Nose is nice with toast, butter, lemon/lime comes out with a little air. On the palate this is nice and crisp. Toasty oak, tart fruit, and lemon custard or keylime pie shows up. This is my last bottle and they've all been very enjoyable.
