Wednesday, August 10, 2011 - Popped and poured. Medium intensity on nose, red fruit, compote fruit, truffles, chocolate and smoky aromas. Medium-bodied palate, a little heavy (maybe due to high serving temperature), quite fruity, medium finish. Improved on 2nd day.
