Thursday, November 9, 2017 - PNP and paired with chicken stew. Dark red with large variation from rim to center. Great nose - earth, menthol, cherry, dried cherry, cranberry - savory is great overall description of the nose & palate. Medium body with high acidity (low ph), sweet tannins and very long finish. Flavor profile is still pretty bright given the age of the wine (cherry, red currants, tart cherry). I love this. 93+/-

Has improved from last tasting.
