Tuesday, September 21, 2021 - BWC X1 Dinner - Hawksmoor: Double decanted just before lunch. Best bottle of these I've had - so balanced, so refined, and somehow the oak just felt a little better integrated than the last bottle. No rush for these but in a really good place just now. 2nd WOTN for me.
