Saturday, October 16, 2021 - "Running" Club Rich Man / Poor Man dinner (The leafy West London suburbs): Woof! "I'm going to stop drinking through these so fast" he said. "They're going to run out before long" he said. And yet - so hard to stop drinking these. Reliably wonderful. Deep expressive nose - just a hint maybe of undergrowth. On the palate - the oak is clearly there, some high toned red fruit notes, but all so well integrated. If Carlsberg made wine... My #1 wine of the night.
