Monday, May 12, 2014 - Mature with hints of brick in the color. Dried fruit and unresolved tannins are present. Nose shows dried cherry and eucalyptus. If you enjoy a California Cab with age on it, go for it. But drink this one soon. I'm afraid the remaining fruit may fade by waiting much longer.
