Saturday, November 30, 2013 - The Twelveth Annual Stonefields Dinner (Guelph, ON): Very classically styled bordeaux nose with just the right amount of brett for my palate. Nose of cedar, leather, farmyard, violets, dark cherries and black currants. Palate is lovely and showing fairly integrated with low tannins and fairly prevalent acid on the long finish. Consistent with a magnum consumed earlier this year, if a touch more advanced, integrated, and with a bit more brett (fine by me).
